  • Very cool park with a large fountain. Children, as well as adults, can relax and wade in the water. Shallow waters make this ideal for young children. Perfect place to cool down and play in the sun.
  • It was a sunny day and not crowded. I had my dog and there was grassy areas to play on. We had my grandchildren and there was great playground equipment. The views were beautiful.
  • You must go here any time of the year just to marvel at it's strategic location to witness the beauty of Pikes Peak

  • Great playground with multiple activities for the energetic, adventurous, and imaginative. Never empty of children, the parents can participate, or watch from nearby tables, benches, or on the edge. There is a nearby shelter full of picnic tables available with a reservation, bathroom facilities, a grassy expanse perfect for frisbee and kite-flying, and of course, the fountain.
  • Good park for families as long as the homeless people aren't a nuisance. They have their RVs camped in the dirt lot and piles of trash with no enforcement of rules in sight. I came here in 2013 and it wasn't as dirty as it is now. I realize homeless need a place to go but at least pick up your trash and stop taking over all the parking spots. I guess some calls to the city are in order.
  • Because it is such a beautiful reminder of the home we live in is so much fun and has such beautiful surroundings and diverse, caring people who are accepting of eachother and I love that my girls are being exposed to all of it !!
  • This is is nice park don't get me wrong. But it is so depressing to see the amount of homeless people living here. Also seen a drug deal happen during a walk to the big fountain area. It makes no sense why the city is not enforcing the law & monitoring this park.
  • Very clean. Water fountain for the hot days. Great playground equipment. Bathrooms close at 8pm!
