  • This is a fun event. Everyone should go at least once. You can find just about everything and anything you might want or need. Too much to see and allow yourself plenty of time to browse. Get there ea...  more »
  • I haven't been to Trade Day since I was a kid. The original corn dog stand was still on site, brought back a lot of memories. Worth the time to stroll through.
  • First they do not open until 6am or 7am. The place seems to be a local hangout. Very rundown and not much available perhaps due to the time of year. Not a place I would recommend

  • If you've never been to Collinsville Trade Day, there really is no believable way to describe it. I've been to several very large flea markets, so I thought I was prepared...nope. This place is huge! I would give a guesstimate, but you wouldn't believe it, so I won't bother. Let's just say, that you can't see everything in one day. Here is a short list of things you may come across at Trade Day: baby goats, fruit trees to plant. wood working crafts, old fishing poles, over the counter drugs in bulk, a set of tires, a puppy, an old knife. a bootleg DVD, some used boots, a car, local honey, authentic Mexican food, amazing corn dogs, a velvet wall hanging of a bear against the backdrop of a full moon, etc, etc.
  • It's a wonderful place to spend a Saturday morning. You absolutely must eat at the open air Mexican cafe. There are way to many venders selling new imported crap, but if pay attention you can still some good second hand items for a bargain. Just haggle with then about the price.
  • My mom and dad used to be there every Saturday morning bright and early selling stuff and i would always help them out, good memories and good times, last time i was there was back in 95 before he passed away a year later
  • It's a flea market, and they have awesome corn dogs .. they also have interesting people.. if you like to people watch you won't be disappointed
  • Everything great except for the animal vendors who prey on the emotions of children, selling animals too young to survive away from there mother. This should be addressed by the management
