  • We had a little bit of a hairy ride but our guide kept everyone calm and had very good control. The horses are very well cared for. The trail is very nice and relaxing. The guide also gave us some nice information about the types of horses we were riding and about the park we were riding in.
  • i love their summer camp and will go back every year!
  • Amazing!!!!! LOVE SPIRIT❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • “Experience says don't make that first horseback riding adventure a 2 hr. ride over rough, wooded terrain with huge puddles (small ponds) and mud 6 inches deep. And did I mention the hills? Yes, at the end of the ride someone had to actually push my leg over the back of the horse in order for me to get down. Stop laughing!” That was the synopsis I sent to my friends on Facebook. And it’s true. I am 59 years old and I should have known better. I am so glad that I didn’t. Kind and gentle people persuaded me onto the horse and encouraged me to stay there when I began having doubts. Especially impressive since they were young and could easily have rolled their eyes and whispered behind their hands. Our guide was a young man named Nick. Informed of my difficulty hearing, he placed my horse behind his and made sure I could hear all instructions. Nick treated me with respect, offering me constant encouragement and reassurance. All the while, he kept a close eye on the others in the group, always stopping to allow stragglers to catch up and making certain everyone was OK. He led with confidence, putting my mind at ease. Though I questioned my abilities constantly, I never questioned his abilities or my safety. Muddy, yes. Horseflies, many. But, when I relaxed long enough to look around me, the view was incredible and peaceful, far outweighing any inconvenience. By the end of the ride I was exhausted. I was also proud of myself. And boy, do I have stories to tell! It was a wonderful adventure that I will always treasure.
  • always friendly staff and enjoyable rides
