  • We were in College Station when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston so we had days and days of rain. We were seeing our freshmen cadet at the end of "fish" week. This place worked out to be the perfect place...  more »

  • This place is pretty fun. We had our Christmas party here and our group bowled, played laser tag, and messed around with a lot of the games. It seems like the lanes are well kept and everything was pretty clean. A lot of the laser tag vests were broken or out of order but there were enough for everyone to play at the same time. Group pricing was very reasonable. The food and drink are a little pricey but not over the top. I would recommend this venue for parties as well as for family game nights, etc. They have great rates for students during the week before 5!
  • Not that bad of a place to bowl. But it’s the only place to bowl in CSTAT. So the wait list is long and stupid. People reserve half the alley every day. The workers don’t know what they are doing half he time. Don’t get me wrong, they have a solid 3-4 good workers that make my day. Still overpriced because there is no other bowling alley. Good specials... that you can never do because people reserve more than half the lane. Wish we had another bowling alley in this town so I can leave this place.
  • Great place for overall family fun....esp if you have older kids.... bowling laser tag and video games are more for teens up (also nice snack bar and good place to shoot a game of pool).. parents can come to get away or sit and relax while the older ones hang out....
  • I like the package rates, but they have leagues bowling there till after 9pm. So, don't count on getting a lane early. Miniature golf wasn't what I remembered. They moved it to make room for a lounge. The new course sucked. Laser tag is still the best.
  • Being a repeat guest with a group we were very disappointed. It started off great, and Cody was very efficient and on top of everything. There was a bowling tournament that left the place very busy, which is understandable and we knew ahead of time when we made our reservations. Yeah that’s right reservation of a 3 hour time block for unlimited bowling, laser tag, and mini golf. We were notified that bowing lanes were available 35 minutes AFTER the time slot we had paid for. So naturally the students were off enjoying laser tag waiting on bowling lanes to open. I was informed they were “very busy” and if the students were not going to bowl right away then they would have to “give up” the lanes they paid for and were assigned to in our reservation confirmation. After messaging students that were all in a laser tag game I did not hear back from them for 25 minutes. Pressured into giving up lanes due to them being very busy and my students “not using them because they had already waited and started to play something else all while still waiting for their bowling time” 2 of our lanes were sold AGAIN to another family. We were not aware this had happened because there were multiple people communicating incorrect information to us. We could have made it work HOWEVER one employee (Courtney?? Didn’t catch her name but was supposedly management) made they grave mistake of approaching a group of high school students and their teacher with a tone and attitude that she should be ashamed of. She said she would adjust our invoice for having taken two lanes out of 4 away from us. THIS DID NOT EVER HAPPEN. An hour after, an invoice was left at the lane that said “PAID”, she eventually approached again right before we left to tell us: 1. She was not going to adjust the invoice for 2 less bowling lanes because we “didn’t pay for the lanes” we paid per student. 2. I was lying about being told the lanes were not open at 1:30PM because her computer system said that they were, and that we had to wait. (I have a time stamp from the message to the students that proves this is incorrect) 3. That we didn’t pay for the lanes only per student and because we got the “school rate” we were NOT guaranteed any bowling lanes. If this was the case why were we informed after we had paid for “unlimited bowling, laser tag, and mini golf” and spent three hours there. (I have an email that says the exact lane assignments and the time we had them for) This could have been taken care of in a professional manner. Instead of sending her (whoever she was: long brown hair, terrible attitude) the GM should have stepped in immediately. I never even saw the GM, but heard that the “boss” was making the decisions. My response to her after letting me know #1-3 above was: - We will never return to this place of business because of this situation - Please do not ever do this to another group again I walked away from her because the students were right there, and I refused to argue with her. To which she loudly screamed across the bowling alley “You are so disrespectful” and walked off the the middle of the bowling alley and continued to talk this over with the bowling alley employees in the open area space about 30 feet away from the students and parents. Your employees and your management team are unprofessional and rude. This was a very inappropriate situation that should not have ever transpired. Please take responsibility for the situation and the role you played or didn’t play and make this right. There are at least 20 people who witnessed this. This was the first opportunity these students had ever had to do anything together as a team. They had a great time despite the underwhelming action of the staff, and our efforts to shield them from what was actually taking place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUDENTS HERE IF THEY ARE “BUSY”, I’m sure you will be treated the same. Profit over experience and making no effort to remedy the situation before we left disappointed. Wow. I’m still in disbelief it happened. 🤦‍♀️
