  • Worst road ever. And the state wants you to pay an entrance fee. Sunset photo opportunities are pretty good though.
  • This was a must-go destination for our long trip from Yakimo,WA to Wallace, ID. It took about 4 hours to get here. The way here was spectacular, although the sun was scorching. The best time to view i...  more »

  • Amazing view of the palouse valley, specially in early summer (when the wheat plants are green). You may want to be careful on the road because it's full of pots and holes at some places. You can drive up to the top of the mountain. I would suggest to go there before sunset to get an amazing view.
  • The drive up to the top and back down is exhilarating, and the view is astounding.
  • The park offers an amazing panoramic view of the Palouse. There are good opportunities to see wildlife, but not a lot else to do. Great for an afternoon drive.

  • Super windy, but nice view 360. Driving towards the top is pretty fun.
