  • Parking was pretty easy, as we arrived early-ish. There were lots of vendors and varying price ranges. I always like to walk through farmers markets in their entirety before purchasing anything. Mostly to see the prices so I can get the best deals. I did find myself a little bit underwhelmed in terms of variety, for the items I was seeking. I always have a general idea of the produce I am seeking for the following weeks lunches and dinners. I did find a lot of good basic produce items though so I certainly did not leave empty handed. I did see an abundance of fruit that I haven't typically seen at other farmers markets in the area though. So that was definitely a plus. Another thing I really liked was the variety of plants and flowers. There were quite a few booths selling $5 and $10 flower bouquets. I picked up a gorgeous, huge bouquet for just $10. All of the vendors seemed very friendly and the crowd was pretty normal. It was worth the drive and for a first time visit it was nice. If you are in the Triad or visiting, it's definitely a great place to spend an hour or two, to check it out for yourself.
  • There's always something going on here. There's lots of locally grown produce and flowers, festivals thru out the growing season, baked goods, and interesting things in the gift/garden shop. There's also a good restaurant that uses much of the produce available in the market.
  • Wonderful shop and people! I left my purse and purchased items behind. They tracked me down and I was able to return before they closed. God bless them! I was driving cross country to return home. Lord only know what would have happened if they didn't call and I hadn't noticed in time.
  • We like it. Great place to meet people, talk right with local farmers and growers and find some great produce and products. I love the events they have on site, theres always something going on. Bring cash though, the ATM (yea, one ATM in the whole place) gets a pretty long line around it.
  • Freh fruit, vegetables, flowers, Christmas trees when season is here. Fresh baked goods, all types of seasonings. Have ice cream parlor to get hand dip ice cream to cool down, what a TREAT!!!😁
