Lori Wilson Park features grassy areas with picnic tables, grills, and a playground a stretch of sand with volleyball nets, and a wooden boardwalk for stretching your legs. • This park is really all about the beautiful beach access more so than the small playground located there. We did make some use of the playground trying to keep our toddler entertained between activities. Without a teeter-totter/seesaw or anything to spin on it was all about the swings for him. Being able to watch vehicles zoom down the A1A from the swings was a bonus for him & while he could observe the cars & trucks we were a safe distance back from the road which was a bonus for mom & dad! Need to get out of the sun for a bit? There are 2 big picnic shelters available right by the playground (unless they're reserved for an event).
  • Nice, clean. Not a lot of parking though so get here early. I was visiting from out of state so had to pay for beach chairs and umbrella - $20 entire day. Bring your own food unless you want hot dogs and shaved ice. An ice cream cart was on the beach too.
  • Great park that offers everything. Pavilions, grills, lots of play equipment and a beautiful nature trail. There are restrooms, Beach access, free parking, a food and drinks vendor, water fountains and a box for children to pick take and or leave a beach toy. We often swap out some of the toys we have and leave all our extra toys. It has everything a family needs for a day at the beach and park.
  • Great public beach. Wide open for the kids to roam. Truly enjoyed my short escape here. Hard to beat Cocoa.
  • This is a great place for a beach day! There are multiple beach accesses onto a public beach that has a life guard. There are rentable chairs and umbrellas if you so choose, as well. The parking is free, but it fills up fast! Be prepared to wait for someone to leave for a spot! The park has a large grassy area and a playground. There's also restrooms, a water fountain, and picnic tables. When we were there, they also had a snack stand.
