Lori Wilson Park features grassy areas with picnic tables, grills, and a playground a stretch of sand with volleyball nets, and a wooden boardwalk for stretching your legs. A wide variety of sea birds make their home by the beach, so bring binoculars if you enjoy birding. The beach does not permit dogs, but an onsite dog park on site welcomes four-legged visitors. • Great place to take your family. First you will have a legit parking space, life guard when on duty, restrooms and nearby pic nic tables. Go early for gorgeous sunrises.
  • This place is can be summed up in one word. Awesome. Recently my Sister, Daughter and I went on a girls weekend to Florida. We decided to go to the beach on Sunday, and since Cocoa Beach is what I wou...  read more »
  • We visited this park twice while on vacation near Orlando. It's about a 1 hour drive. There is free parking, restrooms & outdoor places to rinse off the sand. Being from PA, we are most familiar with ...  read more »
  • This review is for the dog park located at Lori Wilson Park. We bring our dogs here often. There is a park for large dogs and one for small dogs. Our dogs weigh about 30 lbs and I usually take them to the large dog park. It is very well fenced and kept clean. There is water available also for the dogs to drink and a few toys. Also a few chairs to sit on. The other people who bring their dogs are very responsible. Every time I have been there I have felt that my dogs were safe. But I always leave them on a leash at first to make sure that there are no Aggressive dogs. The only negative point I can make is that it is a very busy parking lot as it is shared by the people who are also going to the Beach. I think this is a distraction to the dogs. But I am glad that the city of Cocoa Beach have made this available. It is great for the locals who live in condos to give their dogs a chance to run and play outside in a large area as dogs are not allowed on the Beach
  • Fantastic experience! Bathrooms were clean. Rental chairs and umbrellas available. Will definitely be back. Vendor selling drinks next to bathrooms, very convenient.
  • It has outdoor fresh water showers. Very small bathrooms. Plenty of parking space some are really far from the beach. (800 yards away)
  • Dog park... Not a dog beach like i had googled. Luckily there's a DOG BEACH just roughly 15 minutes south of here.
  • We always love to go here when we're ready to be beach bums or go play in the playground. It's clean and fun and the people always are friendly
