  • We had a lot of fun here on a chilly winter's day. The staff was exceptional, always smiling and friendly. I have a daughter with disabilities and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfo...  more »
  • It was fine, kids had fun for sure, but it was not as nice as I would have preferred. I would rather pay the money for Great Wolf next time. Water park was fine, but kind of dingy. Huge air vent tubes...  more »

  • It says 4 person package at the holiday inn starts at 202 & to call for the 2 or 3 person packages. It is a lie. That is the 2 person package. It's not worth almost $300 for a few hoursat the park, 1 night at the hotel & the next day at the park.. There are only 4 larger slides, a lazy river, 3 little kid slides & 1 toddler slide. M youngest had fun, the rest of us were bored after about a hour. The staff also made us leave because I was in pain & crying. I had skipped my pain meds so i didnt have to sit the day out & could try to enjoy the over $300 trip with my family.
  • The worst water park experience EVER more accidents waiting to happen we were there for 30 minutes drove over 3 hours to get there for my son to slip bust his lips open knock out permanent teeth... There is no one on hand to help with medical emergency not enough lifeguards watching not to mention 911 was not called right away I called them asap myself blood was EVERYWHERE no one shut the attraction down kids were playing in blood water and walking in blood. EMSA took forever to get there it was 1 mile from a hospital. Let's just say I would never recommended anyone to this place. It is tiny not clean looks big on website wayyyyy over priced..
  • Being a former employee here, I want to say that I would never recommend coming here. The food is way overpriced and there isn't any outside food or drink allowed even though some employees are allowed to bring sonic or McDonald's which isn't fair to the public. The staff never seems to care if you need to alert them to something, they always shrug their shoulders and apologize. It is ridiculously over priced to get in. The chlorine in the building is way too much, we had another employee pass out because of how bad the chlorine is along with several people over time. If it's cold outside, it's cold inside, they do not keep it 80-82 degrees like they say. If its 100 degrees outside, then expect it to be hotter inside. The water is also a lot colder if it's cold outside, I used to receive lots of complaints about that. Overall, the staff never seems to care and there has been incidents where people are drowning or need help and the lifeguards will stand there because they are too afraid to save them. I also believe there needs to be new lifeguard training classes because the instructor passes everyone who shows up with money whether you do good on the courses or not. Business management is horrible and I will make it an effort to never come back because of how the employees are treated and the customers.
  • Just got back from there and it was WONDERFUL. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews. I am VERY VERY cold even during the summer months and the water was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
  • Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Bad water pressure. 32lb child got stuck in the body slide cause not enough water pressure to push him down. Heard him crying. Informed attendant. He shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on me. So i had to go down after him. Had to use my hands to push us the rest of the way down because water pressure was so bad. For a park that is only 3 years old its dirty and slimy. Slides have rings and film on them. Kids area dirty and slimy. We werent there even an hour and left. Last month we went to a waterpark that was over 10 years old and had none of the filth issues this one had. Water pressure pushed my 250 lb husband down just fine there. Drive the extra hour to branson or great wolf. Not only is it cheaper but cleaner. And at least these places the staff will care about your children!! And be helpful!! Thanks water zoo for ruining my sons birthday weekend!! Clean up your place, fix your water pressure issues, and that the attendents actually attend the guests. Been to a lot of waterparks in our time. Most a lot older than this one. And never ever have had any of these issues!!
