  • Great tour guides. Excellent history.

  • Jane--The Surratt House Museum complex is composed of three buildings--all were originally build as houses, but are from different time periods: The actual house built for John and Mary Surratt (now a museum), the James O. Hall Research Library, and an administrative building. I see a jpeg of a brick, colonial revival house--that's the research library and NOT the house museum. I hope that answers your question. As for the Surratt House Museum, they do a fantastic job! Love it!
  • It was very interesting to find out why the house is so famous. It is a place to take your children to learn how Abraham Lincon died.
