  • Heinen's is a fabulous locally owned grocery store and this is their crown jewel. Located at the bustling corner of E. 9th and Euclid, this renovated bank is not only gorgeous, but it's chock full of ...  read more »
  • Head upstairs, check out the wine and then take a look up at the ceiling - This isn't your corner grocery store. In addition to great wine tastings, Heinen's is dedicated to quality. Packaged, prepare...  read more »
  • It's the most beautiful place you ever shopped! A former bank building with a gorgeous rotunda, Heinens renovated the place without losing the character. Sure, they have groceries, including Heinens' ...  read more »
  • Heinen's did a great job restoring the building they moved into. The downtown location is a mix of standard grocery store and social gathering place. The second floor of the rotunda has a great beer and wine selection, and there are options to drink on site. There's casual dining in both floors, and they hold beer / wine and food events regularly.
  • Five stars for the beautiful building, prepared food, cafĂ©, and automatic wine bar. What an invigorating place to eat a meal - the fanciest cafeteria around. (As a grocery store, though, prices are high and selection is artisanal.) I am so pleased that this building has been brought back to its former glory!
  • This Heinens does the BEST cakes ever! The buttercream is out of this world! One thing - this store is NOT for driving to. This is a downtown living, walking to store. If you want to try and drive here, be aware that parking is at a premium. There is valet parking, and there is a dedicated lot for the store, but good luck finding parking. This is an urban supermarket, designed for downtown living and quick trips - perfect if you live and/or work downtown.
  • The food and everything are great. The prices are not for those who are trying to live on a budget or trying to save. Their loyalty program would not help either. This store is expensive.
  • Wonderful grocery store in a gorgeous building. The salad/food bar was the best I've ever seen. Whole family had a wonderful nutritious lunch there for a reasonable price.
