  • WOW - what a store! Hard to believe there is that many kinds of sweets available. Seeing the old fashioned brands still available was a trip down memory lane.
  • Was looking for something to do in Cleveland and came across Sweetie Candy Co. It has all of the candies when we were kids. It was fun to go up and down the isles and see all of the candy from when we...  read more »
  • This was my first time at he new location and probably my first trip since I was a baby. I went with my group of friends and we had a great time finding all the old candy we used to enjoy as children....  read more »
  • B.A Sweeties Soda Shop! The selection of ice cream and soda are fabulous!! We always look forward to their DELICIOUS custard and make your own sundae bar with all the wonderful topping options! Terrible service!! we have been there 4 times the first experience was WONDERFUL we were greeted, sat, given water and pretzels and they even chatted with us for a moment and brought us our check even told us to have a great evening!! Since then once we were given water and instructed to get our self serve ice cream and never saw our server again, another time we weren't seated after waiting 10 minutes so we found a table and asked a worker for a server and were told we could help ourselves to the self serve line eventually a server came over asked us what size we all got and brought us our bill, this last time we went (last night 8/1/2016) no server ever came so we went to the self serve bar and got our ice cream then a lady noticed the look of despair on our faces as we were nearing the end of our ice cream and she gave us a puzzled look as if she wasn't sure if we needed anything I politely asked for our check told her what sizes we had and explained what had happened she apologized and stated it was her first day (no one was with her helping her or training her)! While we were there 2 other tables expressed their poor service as well! Of the 4 times we have been there we received water and pretzels 1 time we got water only twice and got NOTHING this last time. Please fix your service!! We love EVERYTHING about your company but soon we will not return if we are not going to have good service!
  • Unparalleled selection of candy and specialty sodas. They have now also opened a putt-putt and old fashioned soda fountain. A great place to take the family. Expect to spend an hour or so just to peruse the warehouse, and more if you plan to enjoy some mini golf and ice cream. Prices range from reasonable to a bit pricey, but it is truly a one-stop candy shop.
  • Unbelievable selection of nostalgic candy as well as anything else you can imagine! Plus just discovered they have the exact same Dole Whip as you can get at Disney World. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  • Every candy possible - whether you want it piece by piece, or by the truckload. There are always tons of cashiers so you won't wait long in the checkout line - your time will be spent trying to navigate unbehaved children and parents complaining that they are sending them to their baby daddies house(s). Prices - it depends on how much candy you want to buy, but yes the "full-size" options are $1.50 or so for a box of candy. You won't find dollar store pricing here but you will be able to by a lot of candy by the piece/pound which is cheaper in theory. I was able to buy my favorites for under $20 This is the place to go if you have a sweet tooth, just make sure you have at least an hour set aside whether you are alone or with family to have enough time to check everything out. My only suggestion is to not stock so much when the store is in "primetime" aka 1pm-5pm in the summer months - this makes it very difficult to look at everything with huge boxes/palates in the middle of the aisle and especially with tons of people in the store. There is plenty of parking - as well as an ice cream/soda shop plus restrooms are available. Also, a cute little putt-putt golf place that advertises a special $5 per round M-F before 3pm.
  • Great place to buy unique candies! Staff is GREAT! They know the products and are so very helpful!!!! Love Sweeties!
