This tower is pretty nice, not much there, but worth the few dollars they charge to go up! The elevator I thought was a little sketchy, but I am sure it gets inspected. There were tons of wasps up in ... read more »
O local já foi uma plantação de laranja. Do alto da torre se tem uma vista muito bonita. Porém no dia em que fomos ela nos deu a sensação de estar "meio largada". O local em si não tem atrações. I couldn't believe that this is an attraction and that people actually go to it. Well we went to it. So I can say I been there. Can you?
Take a long hard look at "Old Florida" before it completely is over developed! This tower will show you how so much has changed in the last 50 years here. Worth the admission - go see it!
This place is definitely a must do if you are in Claremont. Beautiful views, and quite a little adventure. Also extremely cheap. I would also recommend doing the presidents Whitehouse museum in the same lot, also super fun. Enjoy :-)
Oldest attraction in the Orlando area built in 1956 preceding Disney world as an eye catching roadside attraction. Repainted in 2015 the citrus tower is worth the $6 dollar entry.
Do not go to the Florida Citrus Tower. * There isn't any citrus around * The view from the tower isn't that great * The elevator is old and smelly * Your grandmother would even find the gift-shop to be tacky * The history of the tower isn't overwhelming * They don't let you to the tippy-top of the tower
Super historic place in Florida from when tourism started to rise. Though, there's no more orange groves to view, the place offers a great view of Florida.
