  • Really nice State Park. We stopped by Boat and stayed for a bit. Restrooms were clean and the park was orderly and calm setting.
  • The bathrooms near the water could use a little work, but a nice site in general. Every level from full hook up to tent sites.
  • Very nice state park. Has marina, with many slips. Two lane boat launch. Marina also sells gas for boats. You can also buy ice, ice cream, and bait and the marina. Nice new playground built near swimming beach. Nice new bathrooms. Lots of upgrades. Some sites has electric hook up, so do not.
  • EXCELLENT campground to stay at. VERY clean and professional. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The views from a lot of the campsites are very beautiful of the St. Lawarence waters. Lots of bathrooms and very clean, large shower rooms. Great area for boats and for anyone to put their kayaks in. We were only there for a 2 day stay but wanted to stay longer, just didn't have it booked enough in advance. Close to the village of Clayton and other small villages and the town of Watertown where there is great shopping. We are from Canada and we will definitley be booking well in advance for our annual August camping trip. Very pleased and look forward to going back.
  • Family friendly campground, especially On July 4th when families walk and ride bikes in an informal parade on the main loop. You'll see a lot of red, white and blue! That night, residents on nearby islands put on an incredible fireworks display that campers can watch from the campground.
  • Pros: very clean. PRIVATE bathrooms and shower rooms. Bathrooms are not buggy. Little pieces of playground equipment scattered around park. Very cute beach area. Paved roads. Everything is wheelchair/stroller accessible. Beautiful views. Areas to watch the sunrise on the horizon and sunset. Cons: noise ordinance needs to be more strictly enforced. Quiet time is 10pm and people were waking the baby until midnight on 1 of our 4 nights. There needs to be 1 big playground as well as all of the scattered pieces.
  • Very crowded, but exactly what you'd expect from a campground - on the water, showers, boat area, fishing, swimming, etc
