  • This is a hidden gem. We had train tickets and some time to kill. Drove by this museum and stopped in. Very glad we did. Really a nice museum. Lots of interesting displays,
  • i recently visited the Copper Museum in Clarkdale. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great collection and beautiful assembly of artifacts. I arrived early, but was allowed to enter and peacefully wander among the exhibits. To think that this Museum is less than two years old, the staff has put in many hours of labor. I have been recommending this Museum to every person I have seen since returning to California. Great Job Guys!!
  • The museum is absolutely fabulous. When you visit, prepare to spend a lot of time looking at the artifacts. Just when you think you've seen all there is to see, you step into the next room and you're amazed all over again.
  • Drake Meinke has done a fantastic job on thus museum. It is housed in the old Clarkdale High School. He has copper art from around the world. While you're here in Clarkdale, be sure to visit the Clarkdale Historical Society. Go North past City Hall and the museum there is at the end of the street. Great artifacts and history of Clarkdale, and great view of the Verde Canyon Railroad and the old copper smelter.
  • This place is amazing! So many different artifacts, you could spend hours inside!
