  • Joe Walsh's sound was really disappointing. We were on the side upper level but there is no reason for a such pour sound quality. I don't think I understood a word he said or sang. Petty was much bett...  more »

  • The security guards are nothing but thugs they hire off the street. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Be very careful when coming here.
  • We were sitting in row 106 D seats 15, 16 and 17 for the Barnum and Bailey Circus. Very good seats. Great for Cyclones games too. My only complaint are the women's bathrooms. They need to install family bathrooms. Moms are the ones taking little ones to the bathroom and the lines are outrageous. They really need to fix that. Also, seating is super tight, so be prepared to get close to your neighbor.
  • Won't be going back due to limited number of facilities. Lines for bathrooms, as well as lines for food and drinks, were longest I have ever seen. I missed part of the concert due to standing in lines. However, we were upper level and still have great view of stage.
  • Nice, clean place. No handrails in upper level seats... watch your step! And you are packed in, they designed the seating to fit as many people in as little square footage as possible but was worth enduring for Tom Petty.
  • Typical arena setting. Good sound and lighting. Some confusion with a seating section (125) for a concert and minimal help for people milling around. (Worker sitting and eating popcorn.) Trashcans in restrooms were overflowing only a couple hours in. Overpriced concessions.
