  • its a beautiful zoo we walked for 4 hours and could have went longer so much to see the staff was great would love to go again
  • We had an awesome day to go. Wasn't crowded and weather was great. The zoo was nice. Went through smoothly.
  • In Cincinnati with my husband, had an unexpected delay that has caused us to stay a few extra day. Looking for something to do so went to TripAdvisor for suggestions. Listed at #2 was the Cincinnati Z...  read more »
  • Harambe was a king. A legend. He changed so many lives for the better. You took away the light and hope in our lives because someone couldn't handle their child. Where's the justice in that? Harambe was an intelligent and majestic creature, and he did not deserve to be murdered in cold blood. He will live on forever in our hearts. RIP.
  • The Cincinnati Zoo is a great place to visit, whether you have kids or not. One of the better zoo's in the nation and they have a lot to do for a family. In addition, the Festival of Lights in the winter months is one of the best holiday light shows around! I've been to the Columbus, OH zoo who has a great holiday light show, but it can't compare to the Cincinnati zoo. Highly recommended.
  • Great place for friends and family. Decent price alright concessions but there is one thing that kept my review from being higher, and that is the lack of a certain primate related exhibit... My sister was in a state of despair after being lost in the Siberian tundra for the past 8 years. It had drove her crazy, she started saying things like "Hillary Clinton is actually Putin's pet armadillo that is going to nuke the United States in November!!!" Crazy right?!Anyway, the only thing she wanted to do was go to see her favorite exhibit at the Cincinnati zoo... We didn't want to tell her how her lord and savior had passed in an attempt to save a child, but she found out. Harambe!!!!! She cried. She's in a mental hospital right now so yeah 3 out of 5 stars seem fair.
  • We went to the zoo today esp to see the baby giraffe and the hippos. Kid had excellent fun time today. I found the map provided at the zoo, a little confusing. We kept rounding the same place over and over again. The place is neat and very well maintained. The zoo staffs are always full of smiles. We couldn't stop our minds not to think about harambe, when we crossed the gorilla world. Overall a day well spent. New visitors: Pl wear proper shoes for walking.
  • We love the Cincinnati value for money. You can easily spend all day interacting with and learning from the animal exhibits and checking out the many demonstrations and taking in the beautifully landscaped gardens. It truly is a top notch zoo. Check out the event calendar before attending. The zoo host's various special events throttle the year including Halzooween in Oct and The Festival of Lights late Nov ź early Jan. After the unfortunate event with a gorilla, due to a child climbing into his enclosure, I have noticed the many ways they've increased safety by reinforcing enclosures.
