  • We stayed in Gallup for the night and found this park. We were looking for a place to walk our dog after being in the car for so long. We arrived around 3 o'clock and took her on the pyramid trail. It...  more »
  • From here you can access the trail to Church Rock or Pyramid Rock. The trail to Church Rock is amazing. Spectacular views and a really nice trail.  more »
  • For $20 you get up to 50amp electric and water hookups. Two dump stations are on property. We stayed in winter so it wasn't crowded at all. We made no reservations, but just showed up. The camp host c...  more »

  • Pretty clean friendly staff. Seems rundown and forgotten since Gallup city took over. Needs a great big sweeping all roads covered in dirt. Loud speeding during the night. Seems it's a local make out spot. The damn train. Diesel locomotives rumbling by all night. Absolutely beautiful. $20 for water electric no site sewage, dump is clean and 2 lanes A hot air balloon taking off woke me up at 8, sad I didn't get up and see it
  • The trails and signs on the way up are helpful and are able to spot. There are resting areas to take a break. The view is awesome when you reach the top.
  • Pyramid rock hike was wonderful. Took about an hour from the trailhead to the top with a dog. Beautiful hike.
  • My husband & I arrived around 7pm (we left promptly at 7 am the next morning) no one came to give us keys to the restroom & showers or to collect $. Luckily, after 2 days of camping with no bathing, the men's room was left ajar so we're able to shower and use the restroom, however it was locked in the am. The women's restroom was locked the whole time, I never got to use it. That was annoying. If I was a lone female camping I would have left. They need to have a different system. Otherwise it was alright.
  • Really nice park. Stayed here in my rv for 2 weeks. Very quiet and great views!
