  • I did the Sloth Encounter and loved it! As a veteran of many animal encounters, this ranked as one of the better ones. It was done in a separate building from the Park, very private and a very nice...  more »

  • Went there in December for a birthday party. Zoo was closed, but they have a facility across the street that is very nice for parties. They also had two of the staff giving show and tell with about 6 different animals, the kids and adults loved it, especially the adorable kangaroo. My only suggestion would be to have a microphone and speaker system in place. You could not here the presenter at all.
  • This is not the typical zoo where you wonder around trying to make sure you see all of the animals you meant to see, using a map. It's a circular layout so you get an opportunity to stop at every exhibit. There are even exhibits where the panther can walk over your head. The animals are unique and feeding the giraffes was a riot. Dont miss out on the sloth in the shop on your way in or out...and of course the kids loved the bouncy houses and watching the fish in the pond beg for food as we ate lunch by the water. We will be back next yr. ♡
  • Pretty good selection of animals. Mostly clean and well kept. Nice location. Signs said no food or drink can be brought in, which we honored, but then saw many with their drinks and food. Quite expensive for a family. Syracuse zoo probably a better option.
  • Everything in this zoo is up close and personal! The animals are taken care of and seem happier than most zoo animals. There's the kid's activity center to run, jump and play. What kid (or adult for that matter) wouldn't want to hand feed the animals? Make it a trip! Go to the wild!
  • Giving this 3-Stars because yes it is nice but it’s a money grab. You cannot do anything without spending a ton of extra money. Tough when you bring an entire family.
