  • Beautiful place and mostly wonderful staff. Some of the tour guides seemed a little unsure of themselves when telling some of the history or answering the questions. The condition of the rooms is amazing and I can't imagine the upkeep of making sure everything stays so clean! Stunning views and you are given more than enough time to look everything over and take all the pictures you want. The gift shop was wonderful and the staff in here were excellent and very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going again because you just can't take it all in after one time.
  • Very beautiful castle. Tour was informative but seemed to be rushed a bit. Would like to have had more time in the castle and on the grounds to look at the beautiful scenery.
  • Rented the castle for the night. It was the coolest experience ever. You get the castle overnight to yourself. Explore all of the secrete passageways. The sunsets and storms are unreal. Bring your own food. Their provided meals are horrific.
  • Awe-inspiring cannot even begin to explain the beauty of the St. Lawrence River view from this castle. It's an absolutely magical place with such a rich history. I recommend visiting or even staying overnight as we did. Secret passages, antiques, knights... it's all so romantic. The staff are very welcoming as well.
  • Fun place to visit. Great tour. Liked seeing the residence and where the 'helped' slept. A bit like Downton Abbey.
