  • Amazing bookstore in Chincoteague on the Eastern shore of Virginia of all places. A great mix of local, new and used books,, recorded music from the past and present, local musician's too. Wonderful artwork as well. Knowledgeable owners are more than willing to assist if needed. An eclectic jewel that is a rare find.
  • My favorite bookstore anywhere. Between the local authors (I always try to get books from local authors wherever I visit), the wonderful selection of used books, the selection of local interest items, and the perfect atmosphere (every bookstore needs to have cozy reading nooks like Sundial Books), no other bookstore measures up.
  • Ever have someone say hi to you with such a look of judgemental contempt that you wish they had just acted like they didnt see you come in at all? Yeah. He was all chatty and sunshine with the next several people who entered. Then I asked a question and the guy barely made eye contact while answering. I dont know what I did to deserve that. That was recently. Was there four years ago and recall having a bad experience as well. Great town. Great people. Crummy bookstore. Never again.
  • This charming bookstore carries a wide variety of books. We come here for best sellers, local authors and history, children's books, used books. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It's much more fun to shop here than to order a book online!
  • Nice book shop. Selection was okay. Nice people though!
