The Marquee Tour encompasses historical and architectural highlights of the building, including the grand lobby, sweeping staircase and majestic auditorium. • An absolutely beautiful theater with comfortable seating great views and loose and very good acoustics. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house.

  • The Chicago Theater is grand and remains a beautiful structure after being a century old. And the band that we went to see were as good as they were many years ago. But there MUST be a more efficient way of providing services to concert goers. Services including getting people into the building, selling souvenirs, selling drinks. I wanted to buy a poster before the show and there may have been a hundred people in line. In twenty minutes, the line never moved. We arrived before the doors were open. The mob wasn't organized in any fashion and the four or five police were rude and of no help. It is far easier getting 60,000 people into a Bears game than getting 3,600 people into Chicago Theater. Come on Chicago Theater, you can do better.
  • I’ve now attended two shows at this iconic theatre. You can tell they really do take care of this place. The facility itself is so clean and the staff are all very nice. My most recent visit was this week to see Little Big Town. It was a great evening despite half of the audience deciding to take their masks off almost immediately upon entering. No one said anything or did anything to really enforce this. If staff aren’t going to enforce the mask mandates i’m sure most people would feel more comfortable if they were requiring proof of vaccinations then!
  • The nostalgia of this place is something you can't help but feel when you enter through their doors. It is a beautiful landmark that every Chicago resident should visit at least once in their lifetime. They offer a variety of performances and I have been to several. Always a treat to visit and a delight for the eyes!
  • The Chicago Theater is an absolutely gorgeous venue. It was totally amazing to see what Cirque can do on such a small stage! We were in an upper balcony, but there really are no bad seats in the house. Seems amazing
  • Beautiful historic theater. First balcony had great sight lines while we were sitting. Sound was ok. Probably a better venue for comedy or theatrical performances than rock shows. Seeing the marquis lit up with the show you're about to see is pretty awesome.
