  • Awful experience, maybe because we live out of state. My MIL passed away last January and we waited until June to bury her cremains. My husband had to constantly call, getting a different answer for each question from a different person, had to email back and forth, etc. We were told we needed different certificates, some of which Kansas does not issue, to which we were told 2 days before she was to be buried that maybe the forms could be filed online and they would HOPEFULLY be done in time. If not, we would not be able to bury her. My husband was in a panic by that time because no one had answers for him so I finally called and got reassurance everything would be fine. Fast forward to September when I finally got my husband to call to see if her prepaid, predesigned headstone had been placed, only to find out it hadn't even been ordered! Then to top it all off, we decided to sell the remaining plots and were told the paperwork would be mailed. Well, it wasn't and it was finally e-mailed to us. This is just what I witnessed. Wait until my husband posts his review. After all this incompetence, I'm glad we won't be buried there. I can't imagine what our kids would have gone through!
  • Very nice, understanding staff. I'm sure my grandma is pleased.
