  • Just a lovely and well-thought out museum. It's perfect for children, but adults will also find it delightful, entertaining and educational as well. My sister and I bought a city bus tour pass that included the zoo and museum link, and that's how we were able to get to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, as it's a little bit too far to get to on foot. My favorite part of the museum is definitely the indoor butterfly garden. If you're traveling with small children, this is a must!
  • While there are a number of interactive exhibits that need repair, there are nice displays and activities for the young and pensive topics for the grown. The butterfly exhibit really brought happiness to my heart. Must see!
  • Amazing place with a big room with lots and lots of butterflies one could land on you. Though lots of other animals to learn about. Theres a room that's kinda like a basement with bugs that could live in your basement which is kinda gross. Over all its a cool place about nature.
  • This is a great place for children. The exhibits are informative and interesting for children and adults. My had an impromptu bird taxidermy lesson and then giggle's and laughs in the butterfly haven in just our first half hour there. What to do when you get hungry: You can bring a lunch or buy snacks there. Afterwards you can run around in the park just outside.
  • I absolutely LOVED my visit!!! Beautiful atmosphere, interactive activities, and the Butterfly Pavilion was exquisite!! I wish I could give you guys 100 stars :*
