  • Really fun layout of the store with a great variety of candy, chocolate and other goods. It is quite expensive however.  more »
  • Avoid. Not worth the attitude. So many other friendly choices.Waited on line. Was last person, worker came over made me move to another line. Just rude.  more »

  • Amazing! I went the sugar factory the night before and was totally underwhelmed. Dylan's impressed me. The food was so delicious , I got the chicken club, and the goblet was affordable and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The candy store had so many options, the candy was yummy and I feel like I got a good amount of candy for my money. I will definitely be coming back!
  • After enjoying a winter company outing at Dylan's, I was excited to take my nieces for a post-theatre desert. Unfortunately, the second time around was very underwhelming. All four deserts came out not matching the description. Missing hot fudge, missing oreo cheesecake, vanilla ice cream instead of birthday cake, marshmallows that weren't toasted as advertised. We would have mentioned this to the server had she ever come over to ask how our food was. We actually had to ask someone to bring us our treats, because they were left sitting on the counter to melt. And who doesn't provide straws for a runny milkshake? When the server finally asked us how everything was at the end of the meal, we provided feedback. Her response: "if I was making them, you wouldn't have had these issues." My wife asked if she could at least do something for us on the bill. She came back and said, "my manager says if you would have brought this up earlier, we would have fixed them for you." When were we supposed to do that? And why couldn't you come over to say that to us yourself? Definitely will NOT be making a return to this lousy restaurant.
  • I love going here when I need a sugar fix. Recommend just talking to people so you find the perfect candy. The containers are a better bag for your buck than bags. There bar has some fun sugar drinks too
  • I just came back from chitown last week. Decided to go check out the Dylan's Candy Bar because its highly know. I ordered the best of both world SMORES that took 15 minutes to make... (It's ice cream) we were THE ONLY people there..and the ONLY good thing about it was the burned marshmallow and vanilla ice cream.. and the so called milk shake was disgusting.. so I asked if I could have just another scoop of the ice cream and STILL they charged me $13!!! Outrageous.. never again.. Service was OK. 😣
  • Fun place for kids.. or adults if you like candy.. lively decor.. super duper busy in there. Friendly staff. Clean.
