  • We took my young grandson to CCM in Navy Pier. He loved it and spent an hour and a half there. It was better for me to buy a family membership than individual admissions.
  • My grandchildren are two and eight months. There were so many fun activities for both the children. We allowed our granddaughter to take the map that has pictures for the different activities and she ...  read more »

  • My 2 year old loves this place! I decided to visit here when I found out they offer free admission to the company I work for. Not only that, but they have a membership deal that grants you free parking (!) at the Pier for 1 year so long as you visit the museum with your child to get your parking validated. Parking is so expensive that it pays for itself with just 3 visits. Make sure to ask about this deal to see if you are eligible. The museum itself is much larger than I thought it would be. There are many stations for children to play or do creative things. Bring our own food for meals though because the lines and prices at the Pier food court are bonkers!
  • Discovered this place by accident while walking the Navy Pier, but oh what a happy accident it was. The kids (6, 5 and 2) loved it. Everything's hands-on (but not sorta scuzzy like the hands-on stuff usually is, you know? It's clean), and lots of opportunities to climb and play with other kids. The Hot Wheels room, the rope-y climbing thing, the fireman's exhibit - those were all highlights. It was pretty cheap to get in there, too. This was probably the best deal we got while we were in Chicago. If you have young kids, please take them here! Then watch them enjoy, and be glad you take advice from random people on the internet.
  • Great Children's museum. Probably the best one I've ever been to. Very affordable (especially compared to other things on Navy Pier). The kids loved it here. We'll be back.
  • Fun place to waste an hour with the children. Cool place upstairs to build things.
  • My kids had a blast here. There were so many rooms with different activities. They loved it and can't wait to visit again.
