  • *How* much for chicken nuggets with a doll? The displays etc are fun but I wouldn't set foot in here if on budget

  • The store was so overwhelming! There was so much to do I didn't know where to start! There was the awesome cafe, hair salon, and ears piercing station. I did the ears and cafe. It's very cute! And great...  read more »
  • I've had better customer service, appreciation, and assistance in Dollar Tree! For a company that expresses its value is to celebrate girls and their diversity, this store's employees epically failed. Not one employee was expressly helpful or pleasant. Every question was answered abruptly or disregarded. Ironically, the most thorough interaction with an employee was regarding the new rewards program. After spending a significant amount of money, my family had to do all the work to give our "American Girl" a positive memorable experience. Perhaps, these American Girl Place employees could attend a Dollar Tree employee training.
  • Went here for niece's birthday celebration and had a great time. They were very quick and provided great customer service. My one complaint would be that when you order a soda in the restaurant they bring out a miniature bottle for you, no refills or anything. So don't order soda from here . Overall the experience was great and if I were a little girl I would love this place!
  • I loved it there Me and my mom went there didn't have any food because it was pricy and we already ate at the Cheesecake Factory. The prices for getting the hair done was ridiculous. After my dolls ears were done they just threw her on the shelf like she was a peace of nothing. Nice display will go again!
  • First time I was in there, I had ask someone about a particular doll ( I am not familiar with American Girl Doll ) and never have I been "shamed" for not knowing that the doll was last years model. I then asked if there was a place or location that may have this item ( a stuffed dog!). She rolled her eyes at me and said NO then walked away from me. I proceeded to go upstairs and see if another person was able to at least give me their time. The gentleman ( I use that VERY loosely) looked me up and down and gave me a condescending look and proceeded to say, " Is there something you need". I once again asked for information and he scoffed at me. He said to look around for what dogs we have those are the only ones we carry. Then pivoted on his heels and walked away. Finally, just picked up a dog ( only reason was it was my niece who asked for it and I don't get to see her often) and went to checkout. The cashier asked me how was my visit, I told her and she OH and that was it. Talk about poor customer service for a "HIGH END" doll store. So sad and disappointed. Rather go get a knock off doll and get treated better than I was.
  • I took my daughter here for her 5th Birthday! We did the tea time and she loved it! It was so cute and fun. The goodies were great! I also requested a personal shopper, which we met after reading time was over. Her name was Raquel. She asked my daughter what she wanted. There was 1 thing they were out of stock, and she showed my daughter alternatives to take home instead. When we got home, we noticed her doll was missing a shoe. I emailed her and asked if they found it. She did find it and she mailed it to us. She also included stickers in the package. She was the best!
