  • I took both my grandchildren on the carousel - ages 1 and 4. It was a lovely ride and the music from Mary Poppins so fun to listen hear too. We had a wonderful ride!!
  • We were in town visiting my mom who is in a nursing home. We needed a diversion for our 6 year old so we decided on the Carousel at Faust Park. Best $6 spent. It's a lovely art piece and it was a long...  read more »
  • Went to Faust Park today to ride on the Carousel. It's only $2/person to ride - they have horses and elks to ridge. Afterwards we went over to the playground. Very large and the kids enjoyed it. There...  read more »
  • The carousel is lovely! Wonderful craftsmanship. They have some charming gifts in the gift shop. Be sure to check the hours of operation, though. They close at 4 pm. I was taking pictures of the carousel and the ride operator cautioned me not to take photos of the people, so if you go there with your young children, know that the folks there take the safety of the youngsters quite seriously.
  • Took some munckins there to enjoy some fun and see the beautiful antique animals. They had seats for all age levels and could probably accomidate some disabled people that may not be able to climb well. Nearby outdoor playground and the butterfly house are a plus.
  • Great place to take the kids. The most pristine carousel I've been on. Book a birthday party here!
  • Went here for a wedding staff was rude and unhelpful actually asked groom and groomsmen to move from where they were changing and wanted us to change in a public restroom which I'm not standing on without shoes on. old man and an old lady worst customer service wedding was to end at 11 and at 11 they turned on the lights while the band was mid song and asked everyone to start leaving.
  • I am a first grade teacher from Valmeyer, IL. I have been taking my first graders to Faust Park for years. This year I took 21 first graders and 16 parents with me to the Butterfly House then to the St. Louis Carousel. I am always amazed at how much fun they have on the Carousel. A big thanks goes to Rudy and the staff for making our visit memorable.
