  • We paid $35 (1 adult/1 child) today to get on the beach. The beach was nasty! It looked nothing like the pics on the site. There was seagull poop all at the shoreline. You had to step over it to...

  • Not being local residents we were charged $20/person to enter. Swimming restrictions due to jellyfish and broken glass in the sand. At least the bathrooms were decent.

  • Very nice community beach in an area which most beaches are privately owned. There is a small entry fee, but it is worth it. Sand is fairly clean and there is a safety netting around the break...

  • Such a lovely beach and campground on the bay. The breeze is simply amazing...you will definitely understand why it's named Breezy Point. Tip: take pair of water shoes. The sand is very hot and has typical beach debris also, enrty way of water is really rocky. I was the only in my party who had water shoes, every one else wished they had them too.
  • I've been camping here every July for at least the past 8 years and have always had a great experience. The sites are separated from the public beach and there is a specific bath house for campers. The bath house and beach are also cleaned often.
  • $20 PER PERSON IF YOU ARE NOT COUNTY RESIDENT. AND NO RE-ENTRY. No alcohol, no smoking, vaping, or even music. Only good part about this beach was they had bathrooms and cleanup area. Theres nothing close by to walk. Will definitely not recommend nor visit ever again.
  • Breezy Point is a great location with water access and fishing. Some of the daily RV sites are tight (1, 2, 3), but others are very spacious. We always e joy our stays there.
  • We visited on a hot Saturday so I expected crowds, but it was not too crowded. The beach was about two blocks long, so fairly generous in size. I was pleased with that. Kids were having fun playing in the water despite a few small jellyfish that were visible in the water. We were disappointed that the netted area that was supposed to keep out the jellyfish was not well maintained and there were large holes and gaps in the nets. As a result, even the netted area had jellyfish. There were outdoor showers and a small snack bar, picnic tables and a nice pier where people were catching crabs and fishing. I was so pleased to find a real beach in Calvert County that I was willing to pay the $24 fee for two people (senior rate) for a nice day at the beach. But in the end, it was not a great value for the money and the staff are not doing what is necessary to make this an attractive beach for the prices charged. Case in point: the jellyfish nets need to be repaired!! There are many discounts for locals but at such a high price for entry clearly this beach is not welcoming for the public. I grew up in the Midwest Great Lakes area where waterfronts and beaches are mostly public so I am not happy wtih the idea that people can claim waterfront as their private property. Do better, Maryland!!
