  • I love this place. My family and I often end up stopping by here during our trips. The staff are all very friendly and the quality of the products is fantastic. It's not crap that is mass produced in China. We are all very fond of the pottery they have on the back deck and often end up buying a new piece of bring home. I always stop by the beautiful taxidermied bald eagle they have on display. It met an untimely demise far too early and was given to them. He is very respectfully cared for by the owners and I am very happy they preserved such an amazing creature.
  • Awesome stop for local creations. Very nice owner, said everything was made locally. Something for every interest. Beautiful pottery. Snacks, jams, carved wood, animal pelts, toy weapons, jewlery...more than I could list. Also cheapest firewood around, $2 bundle.
  • I always stop at Bearmeats when I I in Cherokee. They have wonderful products and the conversation is always a blessing. I feel like I have come home for a visit when I step into Bearmeats.
