  • Awesome! We do an extended-family camping week at Aloha every July. The park guests are usually very kind and respectful of each other, and the park is nice and quiet at night. Good access to Mullett Lake for swimming, fishing and boating. Well maintained. The park is rather far from the highways and feels very "out of the way," which is good for a campground and park, I think!
  • Larger sites than many state parks. The sites were mostly grassy which was really nice. Small store with pizza, ice cream, beer and donuts conveniently located just outside of the campground. Mullet lake is clean and beautiful. They let us switch sites without any hassle at all and were very friendly about it. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of places to walk our dogs. There's an area near site 261 where you can let your dogs in the water to swim. There's a fish cleaning station in the park. Firewood sold in the park and was reasonably priced.
  • I love this park! I have been going here all my life and so has my entire family. The road trip is 4 1/2 hours from my house but I still love it. We stay at least 2 weeks here and it's absolutely fantastic
  • Nice, scenic campground. Plus a donut shop right outside the camp entrance? Yes please!
  • An amazing piece of Pure Michigan. From the lake to the nicely kept sites and wash rooms, this is a great place to spend time camping. Donuts and ice cream at the store help make the memories sweet.
