Where to stay in Chattanooga

Centrally located Chattanooga hotels offer comfortable rooms just a walk from the city's best shops, restaurants, and museums. Staying in the middle of everything can cost a bundle, so if you're traveling on a budget or simply prefer a bed and breakfast atmosphere, consider staying farther away from the central part of townwhile on holiday. Most budget-friendly inns located along the free electric shuttle route servicing the downtown area offer all the comforts of home at the fraction of the price charged by the big chains.

  • The only store I would shop at is Lululemon otherwise not much going on. I was obsessed with the way they designed the space more thn anything. The downtown area was pretty bland for the most part. Go...  more »

  • It's an odd space to me.. each time I've been there, there is hardly any people there.. it's kind of eerie walking around. Don't get me wrong though, sometimes it's nice to not have crazy crowds while you're shopping, but it's just kinda weird to me. But it is a beautiful building, and it has some of my favorite stores!
  • Parking nearly impossible and incredibly poorly run! Obviously stoned attendant walking car-to-car handing out tickets without cause. Even after cornering him and pointing out our vehicle, and him telling me we were fine, came out of the restaurant to find a ticket on the windshield. Not a great way to attract tourists. Shame!
  • It's ritzy. Definitely out of my league. May offer options to others as far as retail, if you're wanting to lay down a few bucks.
  • This place is great and there are lots of cool shops. Just walking around in the building is fun.
  • Neat up and coming section of Chattanooga. Easy to take the free electric shuttle there
