Where to stay in Chattanooga

Centrally located Chattanooga hotels offer comfortable rooms just a walk from the city's best shops, restaurants, and museums. Staying in the middle of everything can cost a bundle, so if you're traveling on a budget or simply prefer a bed and breakfast atmosphere, consider staying farther away from the central part of townwhile on holiday. Most budget-friendly inns located along the free electric shuttle route servicing the downtown area offer all the comforts of home at the fraction of the price charged by the big chains.

  • We played mini golf on a dated but fun course. The arcade games looked new, but we only spent $4 on those. The slushies were reasonable, but sweet. There were also these really cool bumper cars that w...  more »
  • Miniature golf and go carts and arcades? What kid wouldn't be entertained for a few hours? Adults too! Just put on your patience hat if it's crowded and enjoy the day with friends or kids.  more »
  • I had my daughter's party here and the food was cold and the place dark and dirty. They didn't have enough chairs for our party, as much money as we payed the pizza could have least been warm.  more »

  • I wanted to give this place two stars, but I gave it a three because my chidren had fun. For the amount of money they charge, the place could be a whole lot better. It's looks rundown, and half of the attractions here were either halfway working, broken, or closed. The go-karts are the only fun attraction here, but that line was usually long, which are at our 2-hr play time. This place has the potential to be better. I suggest they look at the Fun Spot model (in Orlando) for some tips.
  • The goony golf is fun and challenging. The speedway was very fun and the staff attendant was very nice and helpful. The guy over concessions ignored us whenever we needed help and when we finally got his attention he seemed irritated. Overall it's a fun place.
  • Lots of great activities for the family. But struggling to maintain. There are all sorts of motorized activities, but often something is broken. And while the staff are nice, there are way too few staff members. Also, they only seem to be open at varied hours at different parts of the season. So call ahead, because even the times shown in Maps could change. The activities could be pricey for a large family, unless you use a discount of some sort. But since they have a lot, you don't miss the broken things very much. They do keep the most desired things running or repaired with some efficiency. At the end of your visit, your kids will be happy. Adults enjoy the fun and games too. Best to try going at non-peak hours.
  • It's a very chill and fun place. And kids love it. It's amazing. 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it's a great place just not theme park fun.
  • This place has the potential to be great, but everything needs to be updated. Many of the rides and attractions were either broken or shutdown. The staff was not friendly at all. One of the guys at the register I thought was either deaf or deaf mute. Whenever I asked him a question he would not look at me or talked. After repeating myself three times (asking about pricing) he just pointed at the board behind him. It turns out he is neither deaf or mute. He was just rude. Me and my family will not be back unless they fire their current staff and do an upgrade. It is a ripoff to pay for 2 hours of unlimited rides when the only rides they have are 1 set of their go-kart rides and their Lazer ride.
