  • Great place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Large covered, concrete floored, shopping area with open walls. Live music weekly plus food trucks, special events and cooking demonstrations. Farm Fresh Produce, jams, jellies and pickles, as well as locally-made arts and crafts. Runs every Sunday from roughly Easter to Thanksgiving. They have recently added a Saturday Market at the aquarium Plaza.
  • I love working with the Chattanooga Market! They have helped take my business to the next level. There are so many amazing people involved with this organization. I am so blessed to be a part of it!
  • What a great place to come on a Sunday morning! I've been a few times to support our local vendors, and it's almost always abuzz with activity. Stop buy and get some fresh produce, yummy hot sauce, fresh bread, or hot popcorn.
  • It is very very crowded here after 1pm which is not good for the after church crowd. Too bad because it could be fantastic. They do have fun food trucks and fresh produce but it is mostly scented oils and jewelry/crafts. The line today for strawberries was out of the pavilion and there was no where to sit near the food trucks & music. It needs more open hours or days to accommodate the large crowds.
  • It's really a very good place to buy organic vegetables and fruits, baked goods and very festive season with music and dance...πŸ€—πŸŽΆπŸŽ†πŸ™ƒ

Where to stay in Chattanooga

Centrally located Chattanooga hotels offer comfortable rooms just a walk from the city's best shops, restaurants, and museums. Staying in the middle of everything can cost a bundle, so if you're traveling on a budget or simply prefer a bed and breakfast atmosphere, consider staying farther away from the central part of townwhile on holiday. Most budget-friendly inns located along the free electric shuttle route servicing the downtown area offer all the comforts of home at the fraction of the price charged by the big chains.
