  • We stayed at the Chatham Inn that was a short 5 min walk to the beach. I don't think there were more than 50 people on the beach and it was a picture perfect 80 degree day. If you want a quiet...

  • Beautiful beach walking distance from our inn! Peaceful and uncrowded. Fun to watch the boats and some seals in the channel off the beach.

  • This was a wonderful beach for a long stroll or just sit and enjoy your day. Easy access and big enough that you wont see people if you walk far enough.

  • Really lovely to walk especially at low tide. Dogs allowed during off season. Here are some pics from early October of walking to the right once you enter the beach from the parking lot and walk down a bit. Beach itself is not handicap accessible. Stairs.
  • Such a great place!!! People are walking and smiling Parking spots are limited but you can always find one Be ready to walk barefoot Bathrooms are available Windy, and a bit exhausting if you plan to go far especially if you are with the kids because they will not be able to make 30 min walk on a sandy beach.
  • Smooth sand but there's a lot of seaweed. Good parking and rest rooms. It's the Atlantic, so the water is cooler.
  • Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful place to walk or relax in the sunshine. Definitely one of the Cape's magical spots.
  • Really nice views over the ocean and the wild roses were in full bloom. Beach was quiet early June, but great for a rest stop and short walk.
