  • The winery appeared to be almost understaffed or maybe just busy with patrons. I sampled several different types of wines and really enjoyed the aged wines. The newer stuff didn't appeal to me. The pr...  more »
  • Very nice! Had the $12 wine tasting plus $3 extra for the CRU. I'm not much of a wine connoisseur but I must say with the couching from the staff, it was a wonderful experience. Now the CRU, that's a ...  more »
  • We went here on a beautiful day during visit to see my son at UVA. The setting is very nice, but the quality of the wine was poor. We love going to wineries, and will frequently visit when traveling o...  more »

  • Came to enjoy some wine and the view for my wife's 40th. Turned away at the door for "at capacity." There was clearly plenty of room outside. And plenty of parking. We stated that we weren't there for a tasting and that we just wanted to buy a couple bottles of wine. I'm just writing this in the hope that the management reads this and can match the date with "guy" manning the door today. Please feel free to contact me. Unacceptable. No one needs this kind of drama after driving 45 minutes from Wintergreen. Oh by the way, Blenheim was fun!
  • I came here with my girlfriends and the view, food and wine were spectacular. The staff was so helpful. Worth every penny. The patio is a great place to enjoy their cafe style eatery and enjoy the wine. We were fans of the Rosé...
  • Absolutely beautiful grounds and facilities. We opted for a wine tasting, the wines (9) were very good. It was busy, but I was hoping for a little more information on each bottle. We were at the outside bar because we had a dog with us. I think the inside tastings were a little more educational. We didn't order from the menu but the sandwiches and cheese trays looked delicious. A lot of people had brought their own picnic baskets and coolers. If you go, plan on at least a couple of hours to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
  • Beautiful outdoor seating area to sip delicious wine and eat amazing food. The rose' and the cru are especially good. I highly recommend the BLT and the burger is one of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the drive!
  • Although it's name is wrapped up in politics at the moment, I think it's the best winery of the area. Very nice & not pricey. Scenic area, wine & lunch for two at under $50. It has the best red I've ever tried so fad.
