  • I enjoyed my first visit to this arena. Even though there was a large crowd everything flowed smoothly. I will definitely return.
  • With the addition of the new videoboard (It is HUGE) there really isn't a bad place in the stadium to watch a game. The entertainment during the game is great also. Very family friendly atmosphere!
  • Came here for a concert and loved it! The Food & Beverage prices are way too high for the average person but what can we do!
Google
  • Love coming to what used to be known as 'The Cable Box' to watch the Hornets play or to attend a concert. There's plenty of parking right next to the arena and you can generally get through the lines pretty quickly. Food selection is good, not great, but overall there's a big enough variety to satisfy just about any craving. The only thing I wish they offered more of was ice cream (NOT that lame 'Ice Cream of the Future' stuff either!).
  • AWESOME experience. I love their staff the night of the concert! They're very helpful to directing us to the building and our seats. Lots of choices of food in the arena, and the arena has great seats. The place kept us busy. Staff were super friendly! Great convenient location. The arena's next to the city metro system and the convention center. It's in the smack-dab center of the city Charlotte! You'll have a wonderful time there for whatever you do! I recommend this place for entertainment.
  • I have been to numerous Hornets games at the Arena, as well as various shows and events. Views are good, even if you sit in the upper level. The location is great and easy to access uptown. After events are over you are not stuck in traffic. Parking is not difficult to find, though it costs roughly $10+ on average.
  • It was our first basketball game during our trip in USA, and we weren't disappointed ! We went to the Hornets vs Jazz game, in a wednesday night. We parked few blocks way to avoid the expensive 15 and 20 dollars around parkings. As we were kind of lost every single attendant helped us to find our seats. The place was very clean, as the bathrooms. We got a two dollars tickets, and believe me, we had a lot of fun seeing the game. The seats are very comfortable. Highly recommended.
  • This was my 3rd NBA arena. Charlotte Hornets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder 1/2/2016. We finally went to our most local NBA arena. The arena seemed kinda small compared to the Quicken Loans arena in Cleveland and the Verizon Center arena in Washington where we has been before. We had serious nose bleed seats (Section 209 Row Q).The Time Warner Cable Arena doesn't know how to put on a show or make the fans feel great. The Hornets arena is updated and the staff is really nice but time outs and half time need some work. My favorite NBA arena is the Quicken Loans arena in Cleveland where every time out is a festival of sights and sounds. Please people of the time Warner Cable arena put your mascot and announcers to work, make your fans feel like they are at a festival / playoff game at every turn and the fans won't be so damn non emotional as I witnessed at the game 1/2/2016. I noticed that only certain sections got a gift on the seats... really, are all your fans not special. Please rethink how you do things and watch your fans get more involved. Nice arena now put on a show to compliment our great team and keep the fans interested winning or losing.
