  • This is a Great place to bring the grandchildren. You can keep an eye on your grandkids as it's not huge and I feel confident that the life guards as assisting in keeping the kids safe and having fun! 😎
  • Only issue we had is that they had to get everybody out of the pool because of sanitary reasons I think for about 30 minutes. Otherwise this is a great way to spend the afternoon
  • We had our 2 year olds birthday party there yesterday. Needless to say it was our first time there and our last. The front desk is very rude and could careless about your needs. I arrived at 1 for a 1:30 party. I know that you get the room 10 min early and I asked if we could just sit the belongings down in there since there was no party before us. the manager said yes but you have to come out until 1:20. The cleaning lady was in the party room that was not clean and was on the phone. It was so rushed and the employees were so rude. At 2:15 an employee came in to give me a survey and to say we had 15 minutes and then again with 5 minutes. He made such a spectical they entire party stopped b/c of him. You could not enjoy anything. They came in right at the hour and basically was throwing us out stating you have to get out. I understand there was another party after us, 30 minutes after us. There was not instruction for what out guests were to do. By the time I got everything out and then waited in the line with all other guests checking in individually, all of our guests had been to waterpark and almost ready to leave. If you are spending lots of money in that place and have a party, you need a separate line to pay and at least a little instruction. I understand that you have not host and that is fine but for a facility like this, you need better people there to work. You could tell they were miserable and they treated everyone that way. I gave the survey to the front desk person as asked and she threw it to the other side of the desk, it really showed me how it was. This is not a nice place to have in uptown. Very disappointed, I hate I had the party there.
  • I have to say everything is nice the pools and the slides for the kids,BUT...smells a LOT of chlorine! As soon as we walked inside, strong smell of chlorine that my eyes were burning! We were only there for 1 hour or less because my head started hurting, but other than the chlorine is wonderful!!! PLEASE PUT LESS CHLORINE!!!
  • Nice little indoor water park, with a good fitness facility. Would be a great place to bring your children on a cold rainy day.
