  • Ovens needs some renovations but it's in ok shape for being opened since 1955. I bought tickets for my wife for Dirty Dancing, she really enjoyed the show.
  • Saw Bill Maher at Ovens on 8/19/16. Although it's an old building, it appears to be well-maintained. Good sight lines (we were in the balcony) and good acoustics. What COULD be improved is a more effi...  read more »
  • I have been to Ovens twice now. Both times, I have stood outside in a long line, despite having tickets and despite there being multiple different lines. Once immediately inside the door, you walk thr...  read more »
  • The venue was run down and the acoustics were mediocre. More upsetting was paying $8 to park there with police staffed for security and traffic control and doing nothing when our car was broken into and the alarm set off when someone busted open the windows of my vehicle and stole the contents. The police and security on staff also left us in the dark parking lot for 30 minutes while we waited for an officer to take the report. I will never go there again or recommend this location. The venue is not worth the personal and property risks involved.
  • Great seats no matter where you sit. Saw Lindsay Stirling and it was awesome. A little loud in a small place but over all a great show. Bar service was fast and very friendly as well
  • Have seen many great shows here. Bill Maher slayed it last week.
  • The balcony section is HOT!!! I and four guest (and everyone around us) were miserable during Sunday nights performance of the Impractical Jokers. The temp at the balcony level was 85 degrees at least. The ushers had no explanation. Everyone was dressed in winter clothes. I called the business office today (Monday) to complain and they did not seem concerned. No apology. Nothing. The performance was outstanding, I think; it was hard to tell because of the heat! I would love to see the Jokers again live but certainly at a different venue.
  • Saw Neil degrasse tyson here and it was amazing
