  • Very nice facility, immaculately maintained. A true survey of western art from Renaissance to now. Smattering of textiles, modern items from Africa, exhibit of Latin American items. Worth a visit. Not...  more »
  • I love this museum - Always something to interest me. Took my cousin who was visiting me and we had a splendid afternoon
  • I had not visited the Mint Museum in several years, but the lure of free admission on Wednesday evenings encouraged me to go again. It is a small museum in a pretty park, with ample free parking. The ...  more »

  • Outdoors is where it's at-- unfortunately the inside exhibits lack garnering much attention. Lots of outdoor room to run dogs, a park like setting, blown glass in the planters, a large circular driveway with a beautiful fountain. The lobby is classy and can be rented for events like wedding receptions.
  • Interesting place to see .. take some friends along
  • You can spend several hours here, lots to see and not expensive either. I really liked the craft section the best, so many creative people creating unique works of art.
  • Dreadfully boring. Not a lot to do, not a wide variety of exhibits. There was even an entire unfinished exhibit full of naked mannequins left open rather than just closing it off until it's finished. Disappointed.
  • Amazing museum fantastic galleries great service and two museums for the price of one. Best museum in charlotte!
