  • My wife remarked to me that this was a "women's museum" and I am inclined to agree. If you are into British and European porcelain or fashionable dresses from different eras, this is your place. All i...  more »
  • Is far from the city centre, but we will be happy to have walked before him, although we were edinstveenye. who came on foot! Basically exhibits no "native"-porcelain, England, Germany, there are ancient exhibits of Latin America-more authentic and nebychnye.

  • I'm a life-long Numismatist (look it up if you don't know) and for me the history of this building as a branch US Mint was the first attraction. They clearly acknowledge the history of the building, a...  more »

  • I'm so glad I went to the museum on the suggestion of a friend. Outside of the unique art collection, the building and the art museum grounds are lovely. The staff, two ladies, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They really went out of their way to be kind. I was honestly having a down day and going here really made my day and cheered me up. I love how all the art work is sectioned off in different rooms. The experience is like journey. Probably one of my favorite art museums now.
  • This museum is MASSIVE and you get to see lots of kinda of art from all over the world. What makes it better is that they have a shuttle going to the uptown mint museum for FREE! I highly recommend it.
  • Much larger than I imaged! Cleanly laid out and a magnificent grounds to explore. Remember that a ticket is good for two days at both this location and Uptown. Free shuttle between the two I hear!
  • Loved the exhibits. The building is beautiful and the staff accomodating and friendly.
  • Very heavy on pottery, not my thing. Found it to be a bit boring.
