  • Very fun and a great workout! You have to sign a waiver so be prepared for that. Great for all ages in my opinion. There's more than just trampolines, there's also a rock climbing wall with a foam pit...  more »
  • Rude staff. Would not allow my 7 year old to jump with my 4 year old between 9-10am and then would not refund!  more »
  • Tried this place for the first time. Made reservations online a week in advance, which didn't seem to help much. Got there and still waited in line for 15 minutes. The line was at least 30 people long...  more »

  • I have always had a good experience at this location with the exception of today. The cashier was rude and "couldn't find" my waiver. I bring my kids here all the time and I definitely had one. I have No problem filling a new one put as this is an easy process but her attitude was ridiculous. She kept my kids' bracelets hostage until I filled a new one out. I then go with the new waiver receipt to get their bracelets and she refused to give them to me. She kept moving them away trying to get the kids to grab them from her but my son can't reach the counter so I practically had to snatch it from her. I have never had this issue with any other of the staff members. What a disgrace to your company this young lady is. Her name is Allison D and if I ever go and I see her face again I'm just turning tight back around and go in another day. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
  • This place is a lot of fun for my twin 3 year old boys. There are foam pits, rope swings, and wall to wall trampolines. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the lines took excessively long. If you are planning on going during peak hours buy your tickets in advanced and give yourself plenty of time to check in.
  • My son loves this place. It's great to take your kids to jump around and burn off energy. While doing so I can work or simply enjoy a watching him play. Price is ok. They could offer food items other than vending
  • Immature staff that could care less about the patrons. We have been there several times and had a blast. The last time we went, we waited in line to pay. As we waited, we were asked to continue to wait as they took care of the people who paid online first... problem is, all those online people just showed up and waited a total of 3 minutes, while the rest of us other people waited for over 30 minutes! I have no problem with placing the online patrons on the fast track, but don't place everyone else on the back burner! Set up a specific register that is only for online registrants! (Just a thought) Not to mention, according to their own policy, online patrons need to show up 15 minutes prior to their start time. If they don't, they shouldn't be helped before everyone else. Second, if you NOW require everyone to purchase special socks, and no longer allow everyone to use their own socks....PUT UP A SIGN AND LET PEOPLE KNOW!!! Don't tell them when were paying for the session! I waited in line for 40 minutes with my wife and 5 kids excited to go play. After being completely ignored by the staff, and then being told we no longer can even jump for 30 minute increments, and finally we now have to spend even more money for special socks!!! We decided that was the straw that broke the camels back, and left. Needless to say, my little girls didn't understand and were in tears as we walked out. This use to be a fun place to go on a Saturday, but after being treated like we don't matter at all by this immature, and unprofessional staff, and not to mention all the additional charges we have to spend now.... We will never EVER go back and support this business. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
  • My kids love this place! If you want to fully experience it make sure you go early especially on weekends. I would recommend buying socks one time and reusing them, you'll save some money. I was upset that they closed off a back section that leads to the bathroom, my son had to desperately go and the attendant made us walk all the way to the front. I understand why they probably do it , but I'm a parent trying to rush my child to the bathroom not trying to sneak anyone in.
