  • This museum is run by a dedicated staff. The aircraft on display are well preserved, and tastefully presented. Their showpiece is the US Airways A320, which landed on the Hudson. The exhibit features ...  more »
  • We stopped in to check out the planes and happy we did. It is a smaller museum but if you have small children it's perfect. We was right at the airport so was able to watch the planes take off and lan...  more »
  • My husband and I took our kids (ages 6, 3, and 7 months) to the museum. My plane-loving 6-year-old couldn't get enough of it. We watched the movie "Sully" last week so it was awesome to see the wrecka...  more »

  • The "Homeschool Day" was not as advertised on website. There was no "guided tour" offered to us----it was all self-guided. I do know that they were giving two guided tours, so don't know if they were full and that is why it wasn't offered to us? The egg-drop experiment was in addition to admission. The website stated that under 5 were free on Homeschool day, however we were charged full price. The kids and I enjoyed the museum and planes, which centers around "Flight 1549".
  • Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. Very cool to see the plane from the Miracle on the Hudson, along with many others.
  • Display of flights is very good. Can see all kinds of flights. Being located right at airport makes it even better
  • Neat little museum with a lot of aircraft from various era's. Some place to visit again and again, as they change out aircraft periodically.
  • I really enjoyed my visit. Great museum near the Charlotte airport. The plane recovered from "the miracle on the Hudson" was amazing. A must visit if you live in the area. About a two hour visit will let you see everything.
