  • The aircraft Museum is not very large, varied for this from wirklicg. It is very close to the aircraft of the world. This experienced man rarely impressive is the F14 Super Tomcat and a Harrier also the world-famous aircraft: the Boeing which emergency landing in the Hudson River. You can see much and detail. Also in outdoor areas.

  • Interesting albeit small aviation museum with the "Miracle On The Hudson" USAirways Airbus on display as the show piece. With both indoor and outdoor exhibits, this museum is a good place to spend a few hours...like on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The F-4 and B727 cockpits are fun to sit in...especially for kids interested in aviation. It's not a large museum, but worth admission. Easy to get to at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and free parking. No food is sold, but there is a small gift shop area.
  • I took my family here in 2016, and of everyone, my father was the most impressed with the experience (he's quite difficult to please normally). He loved witnessing the 'Miracle on the Hudson' plane, as well as telling his grand kids about the CH-46/47 helicopters he was intimately familiar with from his Army days. Definitely an 'off-the-beaten-path' tourist spot, but highly recommended!
  • This a very nice and educative museum for people of any age. Learn about several aircrafts used by the military and other aircrafts used by ordinary people. Most importantly though they have the airplane who landed in the Hudson River. It is an amazing adventure to see and learn in a short period of time. You won't even expend too long at the museum but what you see will never forget. Have fun!
  • This museum is must see. Really nice people with educated guides. They care about your experience and, oh by the way they have a ton of stuff that you want to see. Check out this museum. It’s the anchor store for the airport ... and maybe for Charlotte.
  • For kids or people who love aircraft this place is great!. Small museum, but the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Good collection of old aircrafts and fighter planes. World’s first aircraft designed by Wright brothers and Flight 1549.
