  • We went in early November. There were lots of leaves turned colors and on the ground which made for a pretty drive. No fee was required for us to enter. The park was pretty much empty besides 1 lady w...  more »
  • This time of year no cars are allowed in the park so it is great for walking and bringing young children. Beautiful pine trees and you can walk for miles. A great place to bike ride safely as well.  more »
  • We have been coming to this campground for over 16 years at least 3 times a season. In the past 5 years we have watched the maintenance of the camp go down hill. Specifically the bathrooms in Mills Ca...  more »

  • Way to big for my taste. This park is one of the biggest in the entire United States. It has awesome amenities but it is so crowded sometimes that it is just way too loud and there are so many people. If crowds do not bother you you might still love it here though. There are plentiful places for the kids to ride bikes and swim. It also has a store, and even an arcade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was just much louder and more crowded than what I like when camping. It is a very nice Campground though. I would give it 5 stars for the amenities and staff.
  • Had a great time here. Went towards the end of summer so the place was pretty empty. We had the place to ourselves. Each campsite had its own picnic table. Which was great surprise. You also have to pay for the showers so make sure you bring plenty of quarters. Oh also don't forget your plastic cups ;)
  • Decent campground, depending on which spot you get. Some spots are right on top of each other. Others give you a good amount of breathing room. The pond is quite nice for boating, and the beach is a good place for kids. All in all, nice place.
  • Omg , my favorite lake park for the summer. Family love it. It clean and lots of picnic tables for a cookout. Safe for the kids and Clean restrooms. You can be there all day.
  • I take my granddaughter swimming there every summer, it's a great place for kids because the water is shallow but more experienced swimmers can go out a little further for some deeper water. Last summer they did not have a lifeguard so I'm not sure if they have one anymore.
