  • We knew we wanted to take a "ghost" tour of the city as it was our first time there and Charleston is rich with history. I'll start out by saying I'm not into the whole ghost thing, we didn't come thi...  more »

  • I made a reservation for the 9 o'clock tour tonight, July 6. I called 2 hours before the tour because it was pouring. The guy I talked to RUDELY interrupted me and said "it will pass, we are still going". We held off for another hour and it was still raining so I called back, once again he was extremely RUDE. He talked down to me and wouldn't listen to anything I would say. He also informed me for the first time that there was a 3 hour cancellation policy. I was very polite and he was basically yelling at me the whole time. NO WHERE did it said RAIN OR SHINE. Even though the rain eased up, I can't believe that he would think I would still want to go on a tour after treating me like that. This is beyond ridiculous.
