  • I made a reservation for the 9 o'clock tour tonight, July 6. I called 2 hours before the tour because it was pouring. The guy I talked to RUDELY interrupted me and said "it will pass, we are still going". We held off for another hour and it was still raining so I called back, once again he was extremely RUDE. He talked down to me and wouldn't listen to anything I would say. He also informed me for the first time that there was a 3 hour cancellation policy. I was very polite and he was basically yelling at me the whole time. NO WHERE did it said RAIN OR SHINE. Even though the rain eased up, I can't believe that he would think I would still want to go on a tour after treating me like that. This is beyond ridiculous.
