  • Don't really feel like this mall has much to offer anymore. Two anchor stores JC Penney and Macy's. Most of the stores are clothing stores for teenagers.
  • The Chaleston Town Center Mall has lots of name brand department stores and anything you want you can find. The food court is really nice. The parking garage makes it extremely nice during inclement w...  more »
  • Like most malls, this one is just holding on. Three Anchor stores, Macy's, JC Penney and Sears and lots of vacant space. VERY limited selection of stores for men. Apparently this is the place to go fo...  more »

  • A beautiful downtown mall in the heart of downtown Charleston. Lots of places to sit down, and handicap accessible. In center court they have a Starbucks with comfortable seating out in the open. The food court is above on the third floor. Many food options from fast food up to fine dining. The stores tend to be more expensive than average, like most malls. During Christmas season the decorations are over the top and are beautiful! They have special events during the holidays, like Santa Claus and Halloween Pageants. If you are afraid of heights, don't get too close to the glass handrails.
  • It's a simple mall with some things to be brushed up on but its recent rennovation has made it once again the best place to shop downtown if you want the "in" items. The food court is nice but definitely needs more variety.
  • Will never waste my time here again. If you chose to give it a try -- take cash. Went to park -- very confusing. Two lanes -- one had sign that said booth closed. So did the other! but then a light saying booth open. So I chose left lane. Attendant wanted $1.75. I handed credit card -- "Sorry we don't take credit cards. The right lane does. OH! It is out of order." I could not have backed out because other cars were behind me. She called her supervisor. Supervisor called her manager. I then filled a out a form with my name and stuff and reason for getting out of there without paying (no cash). More cars lining up behind me. Supervisor took down a chain for me to make a tight turn to get out of there. Attendant forgot to raise the arm so I could proceed. Finally made it out of there and headed to mall up in "Corridor G." Interesting how some of that is in South Charleston.
  • Has great stores. Tons of parking. And great food court.
  • Its your basic mall. The nice thing is that you get to always get to see something new due to the fact that the stores change so frequently. The foot chases of shoplifters can also be quite entertaining, the lower level on the transit end is the best area to catch those since the scum head for their safe haven via that exit. Also the best area to be solicited to purchase guns or drugs if you're interested in that sort of thing while you're shopping.
