  • Was great! Glad AEW came back to WV. They put on a fantastic show. My voice is now sore from cheering last night. Hoping they will come back.
  • Was disappointed in the seating. Paid big bucks to be on the front row only to have a camera man to be right in front of us. Good show though.
  • Just left the civic center theatre after seeing Steve-O. The grey haired security guard was the biggest jerk I have ever met in my life. We showed up late because we had to go home to get our ID, which we should’ve been informed of needing before the event but weren’t. Phones also weren’t allowed during the show but we weren’t informed of the rules, so we pulled our phones out to take photos. instead of being professional and telling us we aren’t allowed to have them, the grey haired security guard put himself 2 inches from my face and threatened to “eject” me from the event. May I also add that I have been to numerous concerts and events and have never been kicked out. He was excessively rude for no reason to paying customers. The other event staff we interacted with acted like they had no idea what was even going on. Extremely unorganized and one of the most disrespectful staff’s I have ever seen. I’ll be avoiding the civic center like the plague moving forward.
  • Staff was amazing and Todd Tracy went above and beyond to fix an issue that was not even his or his staff's fault. 10/10 would definatley recommend going here with thie wonderful staff! (He deserves a raise lol)
  • Nice place, it was fairly easy to get to especially since we could park at the mall across the street.
