  • Nice campus, great school and love vely town. Chapel Hill has retained at lot of it's small town image and culture. Many places to eat and shop. Especially if you like me pubs!
  • The college did a wonderful job of introducing all of the staff in the music department and allowing the prospective students to spend the day in classes, seminars and tours. Each student was given an...  more »

  • They saved my life. Everyone was excellent from the janitors to the doctor's. I felt at home. My almost three week stay was wonderful. I had a large mass in my throat. They fix the problem. No else wanted to touch me. I'm truly thankful for all the UNC workers.
  • Worst hospital ever. All they are trying is to make money from insurance. I am healthy when I got admitted. They dint allow me to take food and said they need to do some biopsy which got scheduled after two days after my arrival. Then when I demanded the explanation for the delay they cancelled biopsy and said I have low sodium levels which they wanted to treat. If my sodium levels are low why dint they find it when I joined? Why did they concentrate on it when I demanded the explanation. Finally after three days of no activity they did ctscan, ultra sound and discharged saying you are good. This was the worst experience ever.
  • I lost my son told them he needed a IQ test. Because he had cancer 2 yrs before they found it. He had been going to Unc for teeth and kidney stones. The night my son had a seizure Er dr.said his blood was never tested and he has Cancer . They never gave him a Advocate nothing I knew he didn't understand but now my son is dead and he could have lived. Dr there where refused to see him ..i and his father talked to doctors and nurses social worker etc..they never cared
  • Went there for a dislocated knee... they took 4 hours total just to do a x-ray scan (which they didn't even show me), ask the same questions with 3 different doctors, and give me a cast that I didn't even know the price to. They said NOTHING about the costs or the procedures and I ended up with a bill that I didn't even know the meaning to. They didn't even do ANY treatment; I had to go home to apply and take medicine because they would not tell me what the costs were. Even more, I have the student insurance at UNC, and they barely covered anything even though I am a full-time undergrad. I have to pay hundreds of dollars for useless things, and they wouldn't even let me return the cast or crutches, which is ridiculous. I could buy way cheaper and better material (which I later did) and they literally avoided talking about the costs to bill me as much as possible. Ridiculous. The people were patronizing and unconcerned. Don't go here unless you really don't care about money, because they will charge you thousands for crap.
  • Excelant hospital dealing with cancer and baby's. Not to forget orthopaedic surgeons
