  • It has changed over the years, and sometimes you miss the places that went away (pepper's pizza for example), but it's also got a lot more going on up and down the street now. You can now venture down...  more »

  • My wife and I worked with Beth Louden for many months and couldn't be happier. New to the area she helped extensively in us getting a feel for Chapel Hill and surrounding towns and areas. She also helped us to understand the local environment and building characteristics. When we were interested in putting in offers she always advocated the very best deals and terms for us and thoroughly investigated damage, repairs, and all potential areas of concern related to the property. She never rushed us, on the contrary, showed us easily over fifty houses before we finally purchased. We love our home, are confident we made a great decision for our families needs with the property we have, and just miss the many days of house-hunting with her. All the staff we interacted with at Franklin Street Realty were very nice, professional, and welcoming. I could go on,... Highly recommended.
  • I've only worked with Robert for a couple days now, but his attitude and attention to detail have been exactly what I hoped for. We only had a few days down in N.C., but knowing that, he still was more than happy to show us multiple houses in different areas at very short notice, on a Sunday no less. I'll keep updating the review, but it's hard for me to say anything but Excellent at this point. Edit: 04/26/2013 Robert quit real estate entirely. No contact from Franklin Street, just a kind e-mail explaining the situation from Robert personally. The Poor-Fair rating is certainly not a reflection of his demeanor and professionalism, simply a rating of my experience thus far with Franklin Street Realty.
  • Hello everyone. This is Robert Huls, himself, the subject of the previous review on Google. Contrary to what the reviewer wrote, I am very much still in business and would love to help you buy or sell real estate in the Triangle area.
