  • I have stayed at Wild Horse Pass Resort for both business and pleasure a number of times and every time the service and property were fantastic. From the well appointed rooms to the incredible 5* rest...  more »
  • The rooms are OK, but the wing in which we placed was in repair, could not sleep the first day, and due to jet lag, it was necessary. We changed room. The new water from the shower room smelt bad, incredible. SPA closes early and prices in the local restaurants are too expensive, they take advantage of that it is the only place that you can access.

  • I attended the Night of Champions fundraiser for the Boys and Girl Clubs of America. The venue was Immaculate and the guest services were very polite and professional. I walked the grounds with my wife and was taken back by the beauty and serenity. I will definitely put the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass at the top of my list for both hosting professional events and vacation get away.
  • Exactly what one would expect from a hotel in this class. Great service. Costly food. Amazing property with tons of things and a super pool. Kids could have a great time here. They have all kinds of things. However, keep on mind it is a hotel of this class so everything costs $$$. Want to hit some balls at the driving range? That's $25. No complimentary breakfast. Plenty of options are available to buy your breakfast. No free HBO or movie channel, but you can get movies on demand that are still in the theater. Great place, but the nightly rate is just the start of your expense here.
  • My employer had a company meeting. The morning breakfast buffet was good. The staff was nice and the ballroom was clean.
  • Like the overall experience. Parking is not close to the rooms at all, so lugging your stuff to the room is a pain. There is a limited amount of elevators, like one on each side of the building, so we ended up taking the stairs mostly. The pool is nice. Extra charge to have a refrigerator in the room, which most hotels I've stayed at include without an extra charge. Don't like the $25 resort fee. The shuttle is convenient when you are wanting to go between the hotel and the shuttle. Staff is not that friendly. I didn't meet one person that I felt was very nice, except our server at breakfast and the bartender at the pool. Breakfast buffet on Sunday was yummy!
  • Very nice resort. Rooms were clean, modern and we'll kept. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food from restaurants was excellent. Recommended.
