I love going here when I am solo because it is a very comfortable casino. The staff is also very helpful and friendly!
I went here on my birthday with some family members and we ate lunch at the casino. Everyone had something different and all the eateries inside the Casino was very good. I had the Chinese food, my mo... read more »
Is a great casino in my opinion, very friendly staff. Our only problem was we found it to be quite smokey. Of course we did not make our millions but had an enjoyable time. We ate in the food court, w... read more »
This casino use to be good but went down hill and fast. The customer service is horrible, the good makes you sick and the employees that use to be nice are now rude. Do your self a favor and go to a different casino you will have more chances to win because no body ever wins here anymore.
Haven't won anything worthwhile in quite a long time. Recent remodel has opened the place up a little but also has made it more confusing to navigate. Busy carpet and slot machines in every available spot makes you feel disoriented. Without any good payouts and an atmosphere that leaves you feeling slightly uneasy, this is not a casino to go out of your way to visit.
Horrible casino, soo cloudy, really bad food court, super rude employees, the people on the rewards desk are super rude and racist never smile ,horrible, horrible casino
Nice place where machines won't steal your money right away. You can play on $20 for a while if you know what you're doing, plan for at least $100 a visit without counting drinks if you're in for the long haul...I won't $12k at the high rollers lounge once
Avoid at all costs. Between the rigged machines with extremely cumbersome betting options, in clearly defined bets and payouts in spite of the "rules," the horrible lighting, 3 different music sources PLUS live band, and totally convoluted/reasonably false "rewards" program, I'd call the renovation that left the place a disaster area for the better part of the year an utter failure. Be wary, because the same unorganized, moronic, geniuses who "run" Lone Butt also own and run Wild Horse Pass. Take 101 to Talking Stick and be done with it.
