  • Great newer slots. Has more choices and gets newer slots than the Harrahs Ak-chin by me. Sometimes very long wait times for the games I like to play. Free gifts, ocassionally, and more free slot play ...  more »
  • I wish I had a better impression. I really can't say much about the place but felt this had to be voiced as it caused my Mother great distress. My Mother is a high up players club member at Lone Butte...  more »
  • The casinos in the Phoenix area come in 2 categories, High End and Low End, this is one of the lower end ones. Not to large which limits the number of slots, and many seemed to be old. Machines payout...  more »

  • Lone Butte is too smoky and we went to bad bingo which is a bingo where you dance and have fun. You must get your lights and pay by 9 pm or you will be in a super long line. Then rush over to the other line to hopefully be 1st by the door. People were holding space and when you are 3rd in line you become23rd. I called security who NEVER showed up. It was horrible this time and kids were trying to stand up in the chairs to dance.😒 this was towards the end of the month. But we went the 1st week of the month it was a more mature group and it was fun. I guess you just have to decide......but I'm not going back.I'm over 50 and this wasn't the scene I expected...
  • One of my favorite casinos . Staff employees are kind, extremely helpful and very courteous to customers and game players. Very clean and neat, from the gaming floor, restaurant facilities and the beautiful hotel . Many amenities and special gaming rewards are offered to members and most game machines are new, attractive and state of art equipment .
  • This place used to be fun. Now, it is just a smelly, overpriced casino with no appeal at all. People mooch for money and cigarettes, or spare change. They will not give you a comp for anything. No one smiles here.
  • Really nice inside, clean large area. Not busy today at all. Although we went to the cafe for lunch it took 20min to get our order and we were bothered by 2 flies. But the food was excellent.
  • Very smokey every time I go there. When I play the slot machines it seems I lose my money very fast .Win a little and lose it back. It's like taking two steps forward and five steps back so even tho you win a little it takes it back .Very difficult to walk away a winner. I play at alot of casinos and this is one of the smokiest losing casinos I've been to.It wasn't always like that but it is now.Whoever sets these slots is very greedy. Why smoking is legal in casinos and nowhere else in Arizona public places is a crime and should be forced to stop.Second hand smoke kills people and they irresponsibly allow it to happen with out having to pay any medical bills for the people the smoke harms which is their own employees and customers alike.Lose your money and your health at the same time.Who cares??? They don't obviously.
