  • We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at Koli and it could've been a better experience. Both adults and kids rode horses, the friendly staff took care of all the details and cooked a nice chuck wa...  read more »

  • No matter how many times I changed the reservations, they were worked with me to make sure everyone could go together! The wranglers were wonderful, funny, and very nice. The horses are great as all. The best thing I loved that even though this was a trail ride, they didn't make you stay in a line. You could ride side by side with my daughter. I will definitely be going back. This place was wonderful!
  • We rode in February, 2016. The description says, "offers miles of breathtaking scenery and horseback riding trails that you and your family is sure to enjoy." No. This is not true. The reservation is essentially a landlocked, flat area, of mostly caked mud and sparse vegetation. Power lines and buildings line the perimeter. There are no trails, just flat open surface. The wild horses seemed staged. I was assured in advance I could run my horse, but when I ran, I was called back and told to slow down. I've been riding in the Pheonix mountains in much, much nicer surroundings. The only benefit was they let us ride in the evening, and we got to see the horses playing in the fenced area before we headed home. I do not recommend.
  • I have never ridden a horse so I was initially excited to go. It was difficult to find. Only two employees present, a young man and young women. The horses were tame but they also seemed VERY tired, dragging the feet and tripping. The ride began to hurt 20 mins. into it and days later I am still sore. Trail is sandy and loose, flying in our faces and it just went through the desert around the ranch. No "beautiful scenery" really.
  • Very accommodating with experienced riders and staff. I took three kids under the age of ten. They had a really wonderful time. Very safe and professional.
  • We live in the area and this is a place I would happily take anyone. All of the staff are wonderful. In fact, you'll leave feeling like a friend instead of a customer. We have been back several times and will be back many more.
